Doors open and takbeerat will begin at 8 AM sharp. Please arrive early.
What should I bring with me?
- Prayer mat – The venue floor is not carpeted, so bringing a mat will ensure a comfortable prayer.
- Shoe bag – We will provide plastic bags, but bringing your own helps reduce waste.
- Water bottle – Stay hydrated by bringing your own reusable water bottle.
Parking & Logistics
Where can I park?
- Please refer to the parking map.
- Handicapped and elderly parking will be available at Ranchview High School
- Additional parking is available in designated spots at Ranchview and VRIC.
- Please do not park illegally in front of homes or driveways, out of courtesy to our neighbors.
Where exactly will we pray at Ranchview High School?
There will be separate prayer areas for brothers and sisters. Volunteers will be available to direct you.
What should I do if I lose an item at the prayer?
If you misplace something, please check with VRIC staff after the prayer or email info@vric.org for assistance.
Will breakfast be served after the prayer?
No, there will be no breakfast served at the venue.
Zakat al-Fitr (Charity Before Eid Prayer)
Can I pay my Zakat al-Fitr at Eid prayer?
No, VRIC stopped collecting Zakat al-Fitr on Wednesday, March 26.
Yes, Zakat al-Fitr is required for every self-supporting Muslim who has food beyond their needs, on behalf of themselves and their dependents.
$10 per person, including dependents.
You can donate online to any reputable Muslim charity. Please try to pay it before the prayer.
